I didn't make the lineart! The artist is on the picture. Please visit their site. One of my favorite kawaii type artists on dA. Permission was given for me to color in the line art. I'm using GIMP, which is a simpler version of Photoshop and it is a free program.
It's a clipping from the Kimi ni Todoke manga. I'm also using GIMP to color this one.
